1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale orders: Minimum order quantity starts at 10 pieces per design.
Bulk event/gifting orders: MOQ varies depending on product type, packaging, and level of customisation.
Event orders typically start from 20 pieces, subject to feasibility.
Final MOQ and pricing are shared after reviewing complete requirements.

2. Bulk Event & Gifting Orders

Bulk event orders are custom-made based on event requirements.
Pricing depends on quantity, product selection, packaging, and customisation.
Clients are advised to connect in advance for accurate timelines and quotations.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and initiate production.
The remaining 50% balance + shipping charges must be cleared before dispatch.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods shared at confirmation.
Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

4. Packaging & Box Charges

Basic protective packaging is included (bubble wrap, cushioning materials, sturdy outer box).
Premium, custom, or gift-style packaging is charged additionally and finalised during confirmation.
Branding, labels, tags, or special packaging requests are billed separately.

5. Delivery & Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on actual courier costs and added to the final invoice.
Shipping costs depend on order volume, weight, location, and courier partner.

6. Delivery Options

Pan-India delivery is available via trusted courier partners.
International shipping is available upon request.
Shipping charges and timelines vary based on destination and customs requirements.

7. Customisation Policy

Customisation is available primarily for bulk event orders.
May include fragrance selection, colour variations, packaging or label customisation.
Custom requests may involve additional costs and extended timelines, communicated in advance.

8. Booking Amount Policy

The 50% advance payment acts as a booking amount and is non-refundable once production begins.
After the order is marked Ready for Dispatch, final payment must be completed within 7 days.
Failure to complete payment results in order cancellation and forfeiture of the booking amount.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
