• Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds or returns are not offered under any circumstances.
• Includes client-initiated cancellations after confirmation.
• Damage during transit (products are quality-checked before dispatch).
• Failure to complete final payment.
• Unresponsive clients beyond the payment timeline.

Damage or defect claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Clear unboxing video
• Supporting images

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

• Bulk and gifting orders are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or exchanges once confirmed.
• Changes must be requested within 12 hours of confirmation and only before production begins.

• Accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on feasibility.
• 100% advance payment required before production.
• Customs duties, taxes, and fees are borne by the client.
• International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
• Zainab Essential is not responsible for customs delays, port congestion, or courier issues.
